ویزای کار Work Visa
این ویزا برای افرادی صادر میشود که از یک کارفرمای مجاز در چین پیشنهاد شغلی دریافت کردهاند. پس از ورود به چین با این ویزا، فرد باید ظرف ۳۰ روز برای تبدیل آن به «اجازه اقامت کاری» (Residence Permit for Work) اقدام کند. این ویزا، سنگ بنای اقامت کاری و متعاقب آن، فرصتهای بعدی مانند اقامت دائم یا شهروندی در موارد بسیار خاص است. This visa is issued to individuals who have received a job offer from an authorized employer in China. After entering China, the individual must apply within 30 days to convert it into a Residence Permit for Work. It is the cornerstone of work residence and subsequent opportunities such as permanent residence or, in very special cases, citizenship.
ویزای تجاری Business Visa
برای افرادی که قصد انجام فعالیتهای تجاری، شرکت در مذاکرات، بازدید از کارخانهها، حضور در نمایشگاههای تجاری و فعالیتهای اقتصادی غیرانتفاعی را دارند. معمولاً برای مدت کوتاه و با قابلیت چند بار ورود ارائه میگردد و مجوز کار یا اقامت بلندمدت محسوب نمیشود. Designed for individuals engaging in business activities, negotiations, factory visits, trade exhibitions and non-profit economic activities. It is generally issued for short periods with multiple-entry capability and does not constitute a work or long-term residence permit.
ویزای تبادلی Exchange Visa
برای فعالیتهای تبادلی، تحقیقاتی، فرهنگی، آموزشی و غیرتجاری در نظر گرفته شده است. متقاضیان معمولاً توسط مؤسسات آموزشی، پژوهشی یا فرهنگی معتبر در چین دعوت میشوند. Intended for exchange, research, cultural, educational and non-commercial activities. Applicants are generally invited by recognized educational, research or cultural institutions in China.
ویزای دانشجویی Student Visa
ویزای X به دو دسته X1 برای تحصیل بیش از ۱۸۰ روز و X2 برای دورههای آموزشی کمتر از ۱۸۰ روز تقسیم میشود. دانشجویان بینالمللی، به ویژه در مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا، از طریق این ویزا وارد چین شده و پس از ورود برای اجازه اقامت تحصیلی اقدام میکنند. The X visa is divided into X1 for studies exceeding 180 days and X2 for courses shorter than 180 days. International students, especially master's and PhD students, enter China through this visa and then apply for a Residence Permit for Study.
ویزای پیوستن به خانواده Family Reunion Visa
برای اتباع خارجی که قصد پیوستن به همسر، والدین، فرزندان، خواهر و برادر که شهروند چین هستند یا اقامت دائم چین دارند. Q1 برای اقامت بلندمدت و Q2 برای اقامت کوتاهمدت است. For foreign nationals joining a spouse, parents, children, brothers or sisters who are Chinese citizens or permanent residents. Q1 is for long-term residence and Q2 for short-term stay.
ویزای همراه Dependent Visa
برای همسر و فرزندان افراد خارجی دارای اقامت دائم یا اجازه اقامت کاری Z یا تحصیلی X1 در چین. این ویزا نیز به S1 برای اقامت بلندمدت و S2 برای اقامت کوتاهمدت تقسیم میشود. For spouses and children of foreign nationals holding permanent residence or Z work or X1 study residence in China. It is divided into S1 for long-term and S2 for short-term residence.
ویزای استعداد Talent Visa
برای جذب نخبگان و استعدادهای برتر در حوزههای علمی، فناوری، اقتصادی و فرهنگی طراحی شده است. دریافت آن شرایط خاصی دارد و نیازمند تأیید مقامات عالیرتبه دولتی یا استانی است. دارندگان آن از مزایایی مانند اجازه اقامت بلندمدت تا ۱۰ سال و تسهیلات فراوان برخوردار میشوند. متخصصان و نیروهای ماهر Specialists & Skilled Workers
امتیاز ۶۰ تا ۸۴. عمده مهاجران کاری در این دسته قرار میگیرند. معمولاً نیاز به مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر و حداقل ۲ سال سابقه کار مرتبط بینالمللی وجود دارد. Score between 60 and 84. Most work immigrants fall into this category. Usually requires a bachelor's degree or higher and at least two years of relevant international work experience.
نیروهای کار عمومی و موقت General & Temporary Workers
امتیاز کمتر از ۶۰. صدور مجوز برای این دسته بسیار محدود است و عمدتاً به مشاغل خدماتی، فصلی یا پروژههای خاص اختصاص دارد. Score below 60. Work permits are highly limited and are mainly assigned to service, seasonal or specific project positions.
عوامل کلیدی در محاسبه امتیاز نیروی کار خارجی Key Factors in the Foreign Worker Point System
محدوده ۲۵ تا ۶۰ سال؛ بیشترین امتیاز معمولاً ۳۵ تا ۴۵ سال. Ages 25–60; highest score usually between 35–45.
هر سال سابقه کار مرتبط بینالمللی تا ۲۰ امتیاز محاسبه میشود. Each year of relevant international work experience may count toward 20 points.
دکتری ۲۰، کارشناسی ارشد ۱۵ و کارشناسی ۱۰ امتیاز. PhD 20, Master's 15 and Bachelor's 10 points.

نکات کلیدی بانکی برای ایرانیان Key Banking Points for Iranians
- از سال ۲۰۲۳ امکان اتصال کارتهای Visa و Mastercard به Alipay و WeChat Pay برای گردشگران و برخی اقامتکنندگان فراهم شده است، اما ممکن است محدودیتهایی داشته باشد. تمامی اتباع خارجی باید ظرف ۲۴ ساعت پس از ورود به آدرس، محل اقامت خود را در اداره امنیت عمومی (PSB) ثبت کنند. هتلها معمولاً این اطلاعات را به صورت خودکار ثبت میکنند. در آپارتمان اجارهای، مستأجر باید همراه مالک خانه به کلانتری محل مراجعه کند. Foreign nationals must register their residence with the local Public Security Bureau (PSB) within 24 hours after arriving at an address. Hotels usually register this information automatically. In rented apartments, the tenant must visit the local police station with the landlord.

رایجترین گزینه برای مهاجران است. قیمت و کیفیت بسته به مرکز شهر، حومه، حملونقل عمومی و امکانات ساختمان متغیر است. قراردادها معمولاً ۶ ماهه یا یک ساله هستند و پرداخت اجاره ممکن است سهماهه یا ششماهه باشد. تاکسی آنلاین Online Taxi
اپلیکیشن Didi Chuxing مشابه Uber و پرکاربردترین سرویس تاکسی آنلاین در چین است. امکان استفاده از زبان انگلیسی در اپلیکیشن وجود دارد. Didi Chuxing, similar to Uber, is the most widely used online taxi service in China. English language support is available in the application.
